Papernik of Pinnacle Sports Performance Training is a certified personal trainer in NYC with over 10 years of training experience. He also holds a Masters Degree in Physical Education/Coaching and has worked along side some of the best trainers and athletes in the field. J.R. competed as a successful power lifter, but injury forced him to retire. J.R. is committed to optimizing athletic performance and reducing the potential for injury through comprehensive training programs that improve core strength and balance, increased explosive power, enhanced agility, speed, and mental preparation of your sport of choice.

SST sessions run for one-hour at a time and can be accommodated along side your teammates, friends, or athletes in your sport for a competitive atmosphere. One-on-one sessions are also available. Single Session - $75 per hour
5 Session Package - $337.50 ($67.50 per hour)
10 Session Package - $600 ($60 per hour)

Two persons - $50 per hour per person
Three persons - $40 per hour per person
Four persons - $30 per hour per person
Five persons - $25 per hour per person

Team Training Pricing - Per Person
Minimum of eight athletes up to 11 athletes - $15 per person
12 athletes up to a maximum of 15 athletes - $10 per person
